General provisions
§1.1 These rules govern use of the website and define the rights and obligations of players and the Metin2 server administration.
§1.2 The website is owned by elakos.pl. The administration reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
§1.3 By registering an account, every player agrees to comply with these rules.
§1.4 Not knowing the rules does not excuse a violation.
§1.5 These rules apply to all website users without exception.
Registration and accounts
§2.1 Each player may have a maximum of 3 accounts on the website. Having more accounts is prohibited.
§2.2 Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited. The administration is not responsible for account loss caused by sharing credentials.
§2.3 Account and character names must not contain profanity, offensive or racist content, or references to other servers.
§2.4 Trading accounts, characters or items for real money outside the website’s official system is prohibited.
§2.5 The administration reserves the right to delete an account that has been inactive for more than 180 days.
Gameplay rules
§3.1 Using any unauthorised software that assists gameplay, including cheats, hacks, bots and macros, is prohibited.
§3.2 Deliberately exploiting game bugs is prohibited. Every discovered bug must be reported to the administration immediately.
§3.3 Using methods to duplicate items or currency is prohibited.
§3.4 Deliberately blocking spawn points or map entrances, or disrupting other players’ gameplay, is prohibited.
§3.5 Impersonating the administration or other players is prohibited.
§3.6 Players trade in the game entirely at their own risk. The administration is not responsible for unsuccessful transactions between players.
Conduct and respect
§4.1 Players must treat each other with respect. Profanity, insults and harassment of other users are prohibited.
§4.2 Spamming chat, announcement channels or the website’s forums is prohibited.
§4.3 Advertising other Metin2 servers or competing services in any form is prohibited.
§4.4 Sharing links to websites containing malware or inappropriate content is prohibited.
§4.5 Disputes between players should be resolved peacefully or reported to the administration through the appropriate channels.
Administration
§5.1 Decisions of the administration are final and binding. A player who disagrees with a decision may submit an appeal through the designated Discord channel.
§5.2 The administration may ban, mute or warn players who violate the rules without providing a detailed explanation.
§5.3 The administration does not interfere with gameplay, distribute items or restore resources lost through user error.
§5.4 The administration reserves the right to reset the server, perform wipes or make other technical changes without prior notice.
§5.5 Reports to the administration must be submitted only through official channels (the support panel or Discord). The administration does not accept reports through private messages in the game.
Donations and payments
§6.1 Contributions to the website are voluntary and support the maintenance and development of the project.
§6.2 The administration does not refund payments except where required by law.
§6.3 A payment chargeback results in a permanent ban of the player’s account.
§6.4 The administration is not responsible for errors caused by providing incorrect details when making a payment.
§6.5 Payments are processed by CashBill S.A., based in Katowice. By making a payment, the player also accepts the payment operator’s terms, available at cashbill.pl.
Penalties
§7.1 For minor rule violations, the administration may issue a warning or temporarily mute the player in chat.
§7.2 For more serious violations, the administration may temporarily ban an account for 1 to 30 days.
§7.3 Using cheats or bots, or hacking, results in a permanent account ban with no right of appeal.
§7.4 If a player has more than the permitted number of accounts, all of their accounts may be deleted.
§7.5 The administration reserves the right to impose penalties not listed in these rules according to the severity of the offence.
Final provisions
§8.1 These rules take effect on the day they are published at elakos.pl.
§8.2 The administration reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Players will be informed of significant changes through a website announcement or Discord.
§8.3 Matters not covered by these rules are decided by the website administration.
§8.4 Using the website constitutes acceptance of these rules in full.
